  • Our courses are open to aspiring baristas, café owners, hospitality staff, and coffee enthusiasts. No prior professional experience is required for foundation-level programs. If you are unsure which course fits your goals, browse all courses on our academy page or contact us before enrolling.

  • Training takes place at our academy in Nikunja 2, Khilkhet, Dhaka (H#31, R#10). Sessions are hands-on in a real café-style training environment so you practice on professional equipment, not only in a classroom.

  • Duration varies by program—from intensive multi-day barista foundations to longer masterclasses in latte art, sensory skills, or café management. Each course page lists the schedule and length for that specific program.

  • Yes. When you successfully complete a course, you can receive a Crema & Coffee certificate. Certificates are issued after your enrollment is marked complete by our academy team and are available through your student dashboard.

  • Create a student account, sign in, and use the Enroll button on any course page or in the course catalog. Payment and enrollment confirmation details are shared during checkout. If you need help enrolling, visit the academy login page or reach out to our team.

  • Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for standing on your feet. Aprons and core training materials are provided. You may bring a notebook if you like to take notes; we focus on practical, hands-on learning.

  • Yes. You will train on commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools used in real cafés. You do not need to bring your own machine unless a specific course description states otherwise.

  • Please notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend. Rescheduling depends on the course format and seat availability. We will do our best to accommodate you; contact the academy team directly for date changes.

  • Enrollment fees may be refundable or transferable depending on how close you cancel to the start date and whether your seat can be filled. Contact us before your course begins for the policy that applies to your booking.
