These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crema and Coffee website and related online services (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Crema and Coffee provides information about our brand, cafe, Training Academy, corporate solutions, and product catalog. The Site allows you to:

Browse course and product information;

Register for a student account, enroll in academy courses, and access certificates where applicable;

Create a shop customer account, add items to your cart, and purchase eligible products online for delivery within Bangladesh;

Submit corporate event quote requests and roastery waitlist sign-ups;

View our location and contact details.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, academy and corporate inquiry features remain subject to our separate confirmations. For online product orders, checkout records your payment method: bKash Send Money is treated as paid when you submit a valid sender number you used for the transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is marked as pending until payment is collected on delivery. We fulfill orders according to availability and may cancel or adjust orders if products become unavailable or if we cannot verify payment details.

Certain features require a student account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Site, or pose a security risk, subject to applicable law.

Account and authentication services are provided through our technical infrastructure. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Shop purchases require a customer account. Your first order creates that account using the details you provide at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Delivery timelines depend on courier capacity and your location; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

For bKash, you must send payment to the number shown at checkout from the mobile number you declare as the sender. For COD, payment is due when the order is delivered. Order status in your account reflects fulfillment progress (for example placed, processing, shipped, or delivered).

Course availability, schedules, fees, and enrollment requirements may change. Enrollment through the Site does not guarantee a seat until confirmed by us according to our academy processes.

Certificates are issued only when we determine that applicable course requirements have been met. Certificate verification pages may display limited information (such as your name and course title) to allow third parties to confirm authenticity.

You may not forge, alter, or misuse certificates or verification codes.

When you submit a corporate quote request or roastery waitlist form, you consent to us contacting you using the phone number or other details you provide.

Submission does not guarantee that we will provide services, offer a particular price, or respond within a specific timeframe.

You agree that information you submit is truthful and that you have authority to provide it on behalf of any organization you name.

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;

Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure without permission;

Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and design—are owned by Crema and Coffee or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site about coffee, training, products, or events is for general purposes and may change without notice.

Outcomes from barista training, cafe visits, or use of our products depend on many factors; we do not guarantee specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, Crema and Coffee and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one thousand Bangladeshi Taka (BDT 1,000), if no such payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crema and Coffee from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when they were last revised.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law.
